Description

Update: The drawing looked really unfinished and the lighting was horrid, so I made some changes c:
Still messy, but looks a lot better eve

Here's the old one:

I've been slowly working on this since mid November, and the background is quite messy, but overall I like how this came out. Another piece done completely in photoshop; I also fell in love with a few new brushes as well ;D I also had to recreate a different kind of bridle for these guys, which was challenging.
This is the same species (but different character)of a design I originally made for a design commission, but then had a chance to buy it back, so they've been since planted into my headworld. They generally live in packs that range from 5 to 18 in the wild, and aren't terribly hard to domesticate. The man riding this one is a keeper of a small pack of them. They are difficult to ride, and only the largest are generally suitable to be ridden.

Sorry for all the lack of art the past month! ;v;
I do have a commission done too, but I'm still waiting on the payment. Hopefully I'll be able to upload that one soon.

I love that wintery snowscene. The pose feels like they're defending against a intruder or something.
The clothing design on the person fit really well to the environment and I've would thought like that also.
But the mountains needs to be clean up a tad bit and be defined more or add a little bit of fog to mountains or transparent clouds.
Maybe it's my screen but the human's face is a bit too dark to see from the shading.
I also like it how you're trying to branch out from your usual things. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=":) (Smile)"/>
It's not much but I hope it's still a critique
